New Features in WellBiz Version 3.0

In addition to all of the standard WellBiz features, Version 3 includes the following new features:

Find a well by its location

Find a well using any part of
  • Town
  • Road Address

Automatic service reminders

  • One-time or periodic (weekly, monthly, semi-annually, annually)
  • Display to screen or print out
  • Periodic reminders reschedule themselves automatically
Receive reminders the day events are scheduled or the day before.

Mailing Labels

Automatically or manually queue and print mailing labels for
  • Estimates
  • Bills
  • Statements
Three separate queues for convenience. Use "Label-saver" feature to specify label on sheet with which to begin.

Drilling Report

For specified period of time, reports
  • Total number of wells driven
  • Total length of casing used
  • Total drilling depth
  • Average depth per well drilled

Flexible sales tax

When applying tax to estimates or bills, choose between:
  • No tax
  • Two user-defined tax rates

More flexible bill format

Choose between printing pump parts list on first page of bill or beginning a new page.

Improvements

Many small aesthetic and practical improvements to the user interface. Example: Reports Menus for Bills, Estimates, and Statements now all have the same structure.
