Replacing the Original Cabin Porch Roof, 2017

After fifty-plus years, the original cabin porch roofing had turned into a veritable northern exposure roof-top garden. Trouble was, nothing in the garden was edible and the garden was eating the roof!

Just a pinner little roof, I told myself. Something I can knock out in a couple or three days.

That was my notion right up until the time I started erecting the required scaffolding. After I'd used up all mine I had to go and rent more!
