Assembling crankcases with camshafts, replacement crankshaft, and new piston rods.

1. Timing Side Crankcase with exhaust camshaft and crankshaft ball bearing installed.

2. Intake camshaft, crank and rods installed into Drive Side crankcase.

4. Joint sealant applied to D.S. case after caching a note for posterity in the crankcase cavity. My lips are sealed.

5. A trial run lowering TS case onto DS case. No rods installed and no sealant on the joints.

6. Another practice try.

7. And another! I practiced until my arms and hands were familiar with the lay of the land.

8. Crankcase halves assembled with a nice sealant squeeze all around.

9. Cleaning sealant out from where it oughtn't be. Have plenty of Q-tips on hand. In retro, some pipe cleaners might have been useful.

10. Ready for timing side assembly.
